Do you have a Shop?Yes we do have a store. You will find our store at 70 High Street Wombwell S73 8DA. We do not have all items on display in the store. Please call if coming to see something particular to ensure we have it available for you to view.

I really like an item but it is out of stock when will it be back in?We aim to get items back in stock ASAP. If you would like to contact us via email or phone we will see if we have a date for you or see if we can find a alternative.

Can I cancel my order?Yes you can cancel your order. Please do this within 3 working days of making the order or it will be dispatched. If cancelled after 3 working days we will refund you minus the postal charges.

Why do you offer furniture to 'LOCAL' customers only?We ONLY offer furniture to our local customers so that we can offer the very best price. When going outside of our local area it makes it very hard to reach a competitive price.

What is Clearpay?Clearpay is a payment a payments platform which enables Customers to receive items immediately and pay in four interest-free instalments.

I've put my order through but then realised you offer a discount for multiple items what should I do?Not to worry get in touch we will make the adjustment and credit you back. Or you can choose to keep it on your account for your next order.

Can I spread the cost?Yes you can spread the cost we do offer Clearpay at the checkout which splits the price into four interest free payments. With Clearpay you would get your item immediately. Alternatively you can come into store or call us to discuss alternative payment arrangements that we do offer.

How can I track my item?A confirmation email will be sent once dispatched which will include your tracking number. Can't find the email no problems send us a quick email or phone us and we will track it for you.

Once my order as been placed can I change my address?Yes if your item as not been dispatched we can make this amendment for you. Please get in touch as soon as possible.

When will my item be dispatched?We aim to get all orders out to you soon as it is recieved. On some occasions this can take up to three working days if your item is being made. If you would like more information on a certain item please get in touch.

If I did not like my order could I return it?We don't have many returns due to our motto 'if we wouldn't like it ourselves, then we wouldn't sell it' However if you did find your item is not quite for you or it doesn't fit YES of course you can return it. We do advise to check all measurements and product information before purchasing to ensure the item is just right.

If you do need to return your order, there would be a small charge to cover the postal costs. This would be discounted out of your refund.

When my item as been dispatched how long will it take to get to me?We do send smaller items with Evri these do take 2 to 3 days. The larger items do get sent with Parcelforce on a 24 to 48hr service. If you would like your item on a next day service please get in touch.

I've ordered a large item which courier service will you use?If you are within 50 miles of us we will deliver to you. If your further a field your item will come via Parcelforce or Palletways. You will contacted by us to make you aware if arriving via Palletways as it is a door drop and we want to ensure you have someone at your home to help you when the item arrives.

Do you offer free deliveryFree delivery what is free delivery? Delivery even with big retailers has been hidden in their price somewhere and although they say it is, it simply isn't. We do not like to deceive our customers to make a sale by offering 'free delivery' we have included it into the price. We do this so that there is no additional charge at the checkout and it makes it easier for you to shop knowing that the price you put it in the basket is the price you pay. We do take off the delivery charge for local customers within a 3 mile radius.

My order is late what should I do?I am sorry this has happened 99% of the time a order will arrive on time. If your order as not arrived please get in touch so we can immediately chase it up for you.

My item as arrived broken what should I do?Oh no I am ever so sorry that this has happened! 99% of the time a item arrives how it should but sometimes this does happen. Don't worry! Send us a quick email, include an image and we will get another sent out to you ASAP.
